The 21st Golden Helix Pharmacogenomics Day will be organized in Singapore, August 7, 2018.
Local and international speakers will lecture on the impact of pharmacogenomics in various medical specialties, also focusing on the bioinformatics solutions in pharmacogenomics. The scientific sessions include presentations on pharmacogenomics research, translation of pharmacogenomics data from laboratory to the clinic and regional updates on Pharmacogenomics and Precision Medicine.
The meeting will be held at the Breakthrough Theaterette (Level 4, Matrix Building, Biopolis, Singapore).
The event is open for biomedical scientists, hospital and general pharmacists, specialists, general practitioners, medical students, laboratory technicians, regulators, healthcare insurers and others interested in pharmacogenomics.
This international event will be co-organized from the Golden Helix Foundation and the Surveillance and Pharmacogenomics Initiative for Adverse Drug Reactions(SAPhIRE) Network. The Surveillance and Pharmacogenomics Initiative for Adverse Drug Reactions (SAPhIRE) program is funded by the Biomedical Research Council (BMRC) of A*STAR, Singapore to improve drug safety by developing an active surveillance network for adverse drug reaction (ADR) monitoring and discovery of genomic biomarkers that are predictive of specific ADRs.
Online registration is now open.
